Bill Hughes is a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with more than three decades of leadership experience in construction, architecture, and real estate development. Known for his strategic insight and ability to deliver sophisticated, technically complex projects, Bill excels at transforming client vision into fully realized, well-coordinated outcomes across commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential sectors.

Throughout his 30+ year career, Bill has led major development initiatives from initial planning and entitlement strategy through design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. His expertise includes strategic pre-construction planning, contract negotiation, multidisciplinary team leadership, detailed budget and schedule management, and clear communication with owners, design teams, and contractors. Bill brings particular strength in integrating advanced building systems and technologies into high-end residential and estate environments, where precision, discretion, and quality are paramount.

Before joining RMS Project Management, Bill served as a Real Estate Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for ultra-high-net-worth clients, directing a diverse portfolio of complex estate projects on both the East and West Coasts. His prior experience also includes senior project management positions in hospitality development, as well as extensive work as an architectural and construction consultant supporting commercial, residential, and government agency projects. Earlier in his career, he managed architectural production, construction documentation, specifications, and construction administration for prominent national design firms.

Bill’s leadership is grounded in thoughtful planning, analytical problem-solving, and a commitment to transparency throughout the project lifecycle. He is known for fostering strong collaboration, anticipating challenges before they escalate, and building trusted partnerships through consistent communication and reliability.
