Chris brings more than 35 years of construction and development experience to RMS Project Management, with a career spanning residential, commercial, aviation, and industrial sectors. He is recognized for his deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and ability to guide complex projects from early planning through successful completion.

Chris began his career in 1989 as the founder of CPK Construction, where he built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable project delivery. Under his direction, the company grew from a residential trim and cabinetmaking firm into a multidisciplinary contractor offering commercial construction, aviation facility upgrades, industrial projects, and Owner’s Representative services.

In 2005, he transitioned into the corporate aviation sector as Vice President of Properties for Mercury Air Centers and Corporate Wings. In this executive role, he oversaw all capital development and renovation initiatives across multiple national locations, managing more than $40 million in CAPEX over three years. His strategic leadership and capital improvement efforts played a key role in the successful sale of Mercury Air Centers in 2007.

In addition to his aviation work, Chris is the founder of two additional enterprises: Vesta One, LLC, a real estate investment company, and CPK Enterprises, an equipment leasing firm. This broad business foundation enhances his ability to bring financial insight, operational understanding, and long-term planning to each project he manages.

His areas of expertise include contract negotiation, budget forecasting, cost control, project planning, quality management, and aviation facility development.
