About the service
RMSPM provides comprehensive construction management services for private and public-sector clients. Our role is to be the owner’s eyes and ears in the field—coordinating contractors, monitoring daily progress, controlling costs, and managing risk so work is executed exactly as planned.
We combine on-site construction management, budget control, schedule review, and contract compliance with disciplined document control and reporting. Our teams track changes, analyze and negotiate change orders, and keep stakeholders informed about issues before they affect cost or schedule.
Quality and safety are central to our approach. RMSPM oversees QA/QC program management, supports commissioning, and can help coordinate LEED certification efforts. At the end of the project, we manage close-out and document turnover so owners receive a complete, organized record set, ready for operations and future projects.
Whether your project is a ground-up facility or a complex renovation in an occupied building, our construction managers bring the “boots-in-the-dirt” experience needed to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and protect your investment.
Why choose us
Field-tested leadership
Our construction managers have decades of real jobsite experience. They understand how work is sequenced, how trades interact, and where risk typically shows up in the field. This insight allows us to identify issues early and work with the team to keep the project moving.
Cost and schedule discipline
Budget and schedule performance are at the heart of our services. We implement structured controls for tracking costs, reviewing change orders, and monitoring progress against the schedule, so owners always know where they stand and what decisions lie ahead.
Transparent documentation and communication
Effective construction management depends on clear information. RMSPM maintains strong document control and reporting practices—keeping contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change documentation organized and accessible to the entire team.
Focus on quality, commissioning, and handover
We don’t stop when the last piece of drywall is installed. Our involvement extends through QA/QC, commissioning, LEED-related coordination, and final close-out, making sure the building performs as intended and that the owner receives a complete turnover package.

Popular questions
How is RMSPM’s construction management different from a general contractor’s role?
The general contractor is responsible for performing and coordinating the work under their contract. RMSPM acts as the owner’s representative, focused on protecting your interests. We oversee the contractor’s performance, track cost and schedule, manage risk, and provide independent analysis of changes, quality, and documentation.
At what point should we bring RMSPM in for construction management?
Ideally, we’re engaged before construction begins, during late design or pre-construction. This allows us to review contracts, schedules, and budgets, and to set up the project controls and reporting structure from the start. However, we can also join active projects to help stabilize cost, schedule, and field coordination.
Can RMSPM work within our chosen delivery method?
We are experienced working with a variety of delivery methods—including GC, CM Multi-Prime, and Design/Build. Our construction management processes adapt to your procurement strategy while maintaining consistent owner-side oversight.
How do you manage change orders and cost impacts?
We analyze each change order request for scope, pricing, backup documentation, and schedule effects. We compare proposed costs to market norms and contract requirements, negotiate as needed, and clearly communicate the impact of each change on the overall budget and contingency.
What does your involvement look like at project close-out?
During close-out, we coordinate punch list completion, track outstanding items, and verify that all documentation—O&M manuals, as-builts, warranties, test reports, and training—has been received and reviewed. We help ensure that nothing is left unresolved when the project transitions to operations.
