At what stage should we bring RMSPM into a project?
Ideally, we are engaged at conception before design or site commitments are made. Early involvement allows us to allows us to support site/feasibility studies, environmental analysis, programming, budgeting, and schedule development so the project starts on a solid foundation. However, we can join at any stage to help stabilize and manage ongoing work.
Can you work with our existing architects and contractors?
Yes. We frequently join teams where design and contracting partners are already in place. Our role is to coordinate the group, clarify goals, manage contracts and deliverables, and provide the project controls needed to keep everyone aligned.
How do you keep stakeholders informed throughout the project?
Nemo enim ipsam voluptatem quia voluptas sit aspernatur aut odit aut fugit, sed quia consequuntur magni dolores eos qui ratione voluptatem sequi nesciunt.
How much do I need for a down payment?
We tailor reporting to your audience—ranging from technical dashboards for internal teams to concise summaries for executives, citizen oversight committees, and school boards. Regular updates on budget, schedule, risk, and decisions help ensure there are no surprises.
